Sciatica leg pain

Sciatica is the term applied to a deep pain in the back of the leg. This pain stems from the lower back where compression of the disc leads to pressure on the nerve pathway as it branches out from the spinal cord.

This can be from what is usually termed a “slipped disc”, or more correctly a bulging disc.

By releasing this pressure which originates from the tension of the muscles on the disc it can regain its correct shape, thereby releasing the nerve pinching effect, as the bulging disc regains its correct shape.
