I have been suffering with a number of unexplained pains for some time.
The main pain was my neck.
Wouldn’t turn left or right, just rigid. A real hazzard for driving.
After a few sessions with Body Stress Release, pains have gone, and my neck is now fine.
I would recommend Chris and the pleasant atmosphere to all ages, I am 75, felt like 65!!
